I did, and it is dismal. We keep quarantining your emails in Microsoft 365 even after adding an allow rule. You're sending through Alibaba Mail servers (mxw.mxhichina.com and mxn.mxhichina.com). This is a poor choice for U.S. deliverability — these servers are often geo-flagged or soft-blocked by Microsoft, Google, and Etc. Before I drop 1 1-star review, I suggest replying to my ticket.

Plenty of bugs AI doesnt work well
- AI presentations dont work correctly and are limited to 9000 characters so short - AI images dont work when I click to create nothing happens - AI apart from Mindmaps there other features are not usable
I hardly use this app anymore, if you need mindmaps thats all you can use it for really
Q: Bought Tier 3, but I'll like to know where I can find information about AI credit usage.
So, I'm trying to figure out how much work can I get done with the AI credits allocated to each tier? I have a small team, but only two of us will be creating powerpoints and trainings. So I'm trying to be economical with the AI points and not waste them trying things until I have a good idea how points are allocated and usage calculated. 1. So if I ask the AI assistant to help me create a PP presentation or help me develop and idea, how many point do things like that use? 2.Is there a place where I can track my points? I don't see those things on the BM app. Can you direct me in the right direction? or better yet, 3. can you give us a breakdown of the AI point usage for the most common activities? Thanks
Greetings I've just took a T2 and created an account. It looks a lot like Pixso... but most feature are marked as "pro" and not available. An open an incomplete "give us money" panel with generic "chooseSmarterTitle" and "specialOfferGood" message... What is this???? That's very confusing and to be honest a little suspicious...
A: Could you please take a screenshot of the issue and send it to support@pixso.net? We’ll look into it as soon as possible. And please note that Pixso whiteboard doesn’t include several features you can find in Boardmix, such as a complete asset library, browser extensions, chat, OneDrive support, file tagging, and community templates.
Follow up on my first message: we have to explicitly select the workspace and affect it to the AppSumo deal, not very intuitive but all features seems to be unlocked now. Also, the generic message appeared because it automatically set the language to French (which doesn't seem to be fully supported), switching to English fixed that.
Second followup: The confusion between Pixso and Boardmix still remains. I've read several other comments so I'm not the only one confused. I think the engine is very nice and powerfull, but having two very similar products based on it, both on AppSumo, it's really not a good idea.
Thanks for your answer. I cannot reproduce the problem, I switched to English but French is not in the language list so I cannot switch back. So does Broadmix has all the features of Pixso (+ more)? If yes, I'll take another license for another workspace.
