My question is specific to PERSONALISATION. How Boost Space can help with personalising sales efforts in any company? Is it by linking any (what source?) personalisation data to the outreach tools or with any other method? This is a general question, not specific to any specific tech stack or company, so please provide a general response on how you envisage this being used in an ideal world? or even better explain with a hypothetical scenerio. e.g. We use Close CRM and it's important to have real time syncing data with the automations inside there, if there are delays texts and automations may fire at the incorrect times due to CRM itself having timed automations.
Close CRM states Active with remarks of needing additional settings. Do all Active apps have real time sync or just ones without the remarks? Or is there another way of telling what has real time. Thanks!
