BreezeDoc has received positive feedback for its user-friendly interface, seamless document management, and value for streamlining workflows. However, some users have reported signature box sizing issues and the presence of BreezeDoc branding on documents. Despite these minor issues, BreezeDoc remains a solid choice for those seeking an electronic signature tool to simplify document signing processes. It's worth noting that the product comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee, allowing customers to try it out risk-free.

Easy to use, but limited functions

I like the ease of this product - it is very simple to use and set up, which is a great perk!
I want to love it, but there are a few elements that I'm not impressed with and would want to change:
1) there is a breezedoc logo that appears on the bottom page of all pages in the contract, which seems unprofessional when sending this to a client.
2) when the client is emailed the completed contract, they also receive a PDF of all the activity and metadata on the signing process, which is unnecessary and also reveals a lot of information.

Are these things able to be altered on my end? I'm unable to find a place to be able to change these types of settings.

If not possible to change, unfortunately I will not be able to continue using this product.

This project is a scam.

I purchased BreezeDoc License Tier 4 with the promise of 40 documents per month, unlimited templates, multi-recipients, and custom logo support. However, after logging in, my account shows Lifetime Plan - Tier 1 Legacy Free License Upgrade, which only allows 2 documents per month!
This is completely misleading and deceptive! I paid for Tier 4, but I received a downgraded plan that does not match what was advertised. I expect immediate action to correct my plan to what I purchased or a full refund.
I do not recommend this service unless they fix these issues and honor their advertised plans.

Hey, happy95 — with all the other positive reviews, we're definitely not a scam.

Sounds like some bug or something else innocent happened with the licensing of your product. All users on their legacy plans retain legacy features, and it sounds like there's a mistake or error going on here. This is why we encourage users to email support@breezedoc.com first: If you had emailed us, we could have...

At first tier 1 was free, now it isn’t and yet my tier 1 has the old limits……

At first tier 1 was free, now it isn’t and yet my tier 1 has the old limits……so there are two types of tier 1’s?
I also received an email: “Hot off the presses. We just released new BreezeDoc paid plans.
(And you're currently on the free plan missing a lot of key features...)”
I do understand the introduction of paid plans, but why cut off the early beta testers? I don’t like the way you’re upselling. On top of that the product isn’t read to be a paid plan yet.

Hey, BogusBogey!

As we've repeatedly mentioned (including most noteworthy a post in the "From the founders" area), if you're on the "legacy" Tier 1 (or any legacy plan), your features are *not* changing. In other words, to put it very bluntly, we are NOT cutting you off.

You still retain all the features you got in the legacy Tier 1. You still get all future Lifetime plan updates. The only thing...

Beta software with a lot of space to improve

I’ve been using Breezedoc for a couple of days now. As a freelancer I was looking for a way to have some documents better managed and more easily signed ("can you put a signature on this PDF and send it back?").

BreezeDoc is well-priced here on AppSumo and the proces is quite straightforward, making it a good option for basic signing needs. However, after some testing it’s clear that the platform is still in its early stages, with some limitations that make it less flexible than I’d like.

One of the first things I noticed is the heavy branding. Every email, activity PDF, and thank-you page includes Breezedoc’s branding. The thank you-page has a "Sign your own documents with BreezeDoc!"-space set up on a page that's empty beside a thank you message.
Even the signed document has a centered footer logo that can’t be removed, which forced me to adjust my document design. There’s no option to turn off or reduce branding, which makes it feel more like a promotional tool for Breezedoc rather than a white-label solution.

The lack of customization is also a drawback. While I can edit the initial email to clients, every other email—reminders, completed document notifications, and thank-you pages—can’t be customized or translated. I also can’t rename a template after saving it, which makes organizing documents harder than it should be. In multi-sign templates, text fields can’t be renamed or given placeholders, so they all just show “Text” without context for the client.
An option to categorize the documents or put them in folders would be a great addition.

I also find the reminder system too rigid. The only available option is to send reminders every three days. I would prefer more flexibility, as I like to give my clients more time before reminding them again.

The signing process itself needs some improvements. Some text fields appear smaller when signing than they do in the editor, which makes the final document look inconsistent. There’s no custom date formatting, so I’m stuck with month-day-year, which isn’t ideal. If a required field is left blank, the user can’t press the "finalize" button, but the system doesn’t indicate which field is missing user input. This creates unnecessary friction in the signing process. There’s also no option to upload a signature image, only to draw or type a signature.

In general I think Breezedoc is a convenient and affordable solution for basic document signing, but like I said before I feel it still has a long way to go. For now I'm not planning to use it for my clients just yet. I would love for a roadmap to become available to see what's on the planning and when. But for now, I haven't seen a roadmap or clear indication of what features are planned, which makes it hard to know whether any of these limitations will be addressed.
