Q: Can I have different accounts on the same plan?
Hello,
If I have 2 different businesses and I want to send out different documents to different customer, can I do that on the Plan 1 tier? I mean, for email address: 1) x@x.com send a request for document signature to customer 1; 2) a@a.com send a request for document signature to customer 2;
Is that something that can be done? If yes, up to how many accounts can be added to each tier?
You can add team members under Tier 2 or Tier 3, and when they send a signature request, their email will be included in the signature request notification. This setup will work for you across multiple businesses. However, please note that if you set up branding, it will be applied to all accounts, so for multiple businesses, you might not want the same branding across...
So for the 2nd option you specified (with tier 2 or tier 3): let's say I create the account on my personal Gmail account. Can I send out multiple official documents under different business accounts/emails in that case? Would there be limitations?
For security reasons, the email address you use to log in will be included in the signature request email. This ensures that your identity is protected. If we allow users to send signature requests from any email address, someone could potentially impersonate you. By logging in, you verify ownership of your email address, and we use it in the signature request email to let the signer know about it
Q: Redirect after signing ?
After my client signs the document can I set such that it auto redirects to the paypal / payment page ? Is this feature included in all the tiers ?
Yes, we offer a redirection option after signing, and you can easily set it up in the branding section of your account. This feature is included in all tiers of our plans. If you need any assistance with setting it up or have other questions, feel free to reach out to us at team@bunnydoc.com. We're here to help!
We encountered an error when creating a signature request through your API. It appears that some fields have a character limit. The error response shows "403 Forbidden," but it doesn’t seem to be an authentication issue. When I reduce the character count for a specific field, the request goes through successfully.
Could you please look into this? If certain fields have character limits, would it be possible to increase or remove them? We have a particular section in the documents we're generating that often includes lengthy descriptions of our services, which are essential to the content. Thank you, and I look forward to your response. Currently, upon testing it will only accept 350 characters.
Please go to Settings, then Profile, and select your preferred date format. For more information, please check our user manual at https://support.bunnydoc.com/docs/user-manual/settings/how-to-update-time-zone/

Q: Still no CNAME?
The biggest reason I couldn't snap up this deal at max tier is mainly due to lack of CNAME support. Is that feature available yet?

Q: American Date Format?
Hey all,
How do we use American Date formats? It keeps formatting it like 31/10/2024. I'd like to to be 10/31/2024.
