Hi I just bought tier 1 of castmagic. I can only upload one video (60 min I wanted to upload) but now it says I'm over my limit, I have to buy Castmagic. I have activated the software according to instructions. What have I missed?
What is the API capable of right now? and what will it be capable of in the near future? For example uploading a .mp3 or .mp4 and getting a specific result back, is that possible?
A: yes API is limited to transcription only at the moment - we do have zapier integrations but as of the moment the priority is on the consumer app rather than API development. always open to discussion though around your use case

I forgot to upgrade my Tier. Is the deal coming back? Can I still upgrade?
