I have some data which keeps updating every day so how can I keep all the selected charts and reports updated? What does project mean? Can I create one project and keep updating the data via API? I don't want to upload manually. I have bought your plan 3 and just trying to understand how to use it.
A: Hi, a project refers to when uploading one file with data to get it analyzed. It relates to using the ChartPixel workspace for analysis. When you use the API, you can refresh specific charts with each API call. On Tier 3 you have 25k API calls per month. I've bought the highest tier which, according to the plan features suggests the following file sizes: "Maximum 20 MB file upload size, 128 columns, and 100k rows processed"
However, I just tried uploading a file and it suggested it would support only file sizes greater than 10MB in the "business plan"?
This seems a major limitation meaning I might have to request a refund as some of my data sets are larger than 10MB. Can you please assist?

I am really tempted to get this tool, but I have a concern about the continuity and scalability of the tool. Upon checking your LinkedIn company profile, I don't see any activity prior to 2023 with only 2 or 3 employees. This is somehow a red flag. What's your plan to mitigate such risk?
