There is no "my library" section in the FREE account. But, "my collection". And, the prominent button is "Upgrade". So, I cannot upload my sample files. Please help.
Can you please clarify the number of Team Members for each Tier? We recently saw another post that included this as a question but the answer was a bit confusing. Apparently NONE of these tiers includes Unlimited Team Members, is this correct? Thank you in advance for your response.
Q: where is customer service chat box or something?
I'm not able to upload, the Save Continue button just stalls out. I wish there was a chat box in the bottom right corner that could address problems immediately or a super fast way to otherwise tell you if there is a problem. Otherwise, I have to seek a refund because my goal is to sell and get my money back on this investment.
do you take a piece of subscription and or 1 time payments? If so, how much?
Second question. My content requires the ability to play 1 track and stop. I need the user to be able to pick what they want from a list and then play only that recording and then stop. Is this doable? Thanks i and advance
