Q: Doubt about listed features

I bought the 2022 deal and are now comparing the feature list. Could you clearify that I'm not missing any features?

"Multiple payment gateways supported: Stripe, PayPal, 2C2P, dLocal, etc."
(I only have Stripe, PayPal and Cash on delivery)

"104+ languages supported (custom label and language inputs supported)"
(I don't have any custom labels and language inputs. I do have "Bulk update catalogue using .CSV files" but don't think that's the same?

You're refering to a "Theme builder", however I can't build a new theme or save a customized with a new name. It's really only an editor for build-in themes. Isn't that misleading?

Features "Product wishlist", "Email marketing builder" and "Loyalty points" are just plug-ins and some are capped (Mailchimp - free plan) or have additional costs (Wishlist). Isn't that misleading?

Q: Two plugins I need are not included in the deal.

So it seems the two plugins I need are not included. The two plugins I need are Multi-Vendor and Memberships. Will these be available to purchase? If so, how much do they cost?

Q: volume pricing

can the system accommodate volume pricing per product?
The more units a customer adds to the cart means the pricing per unit would reduce

I have read several points that state it can be done however I cant seem to find the setting

Thanks Peter

A: At the moment, our system does not support volume-based pricing as a standard feature.

This type of functionality is typically reserved for our enterprise clients as part of a custom setup.
