This software is outstanding. I only wish I had discovered it five years ago, as it would have saved me a considerable amount of money.
Initially, I nearly requested a refund upon registering because the contact upload appeared unresponsive; I was unaware that it was, in fact, in progress. Therefore, I would suggest the developer incorporate an indicator to show when contacts are uploading.
Once the upload completed, the tutorial provided was highly useful, and the remainder of the process was smooth. I highly recommend this software; it is undoubtedly deserving of a five-star rating.

Easy to use and great support
My original interest in this platform is to enable academic surveys to be sent by SMS. I also plan to use it as part of marketing my business. In both ways it is useful and far easier to navigate than Twiloio, which I have used previously but find challenging to navigate. For sure, there are some aspects of RoskcSTar SMS that don;t allow me to run the Academic side as I'd love to, but that is not it's core purpose after all so I am still grateful for what it is and waht it can do - that is, a simple to use platrofm that enables automated SMS messaging and enables basic interaction. I am also very grateful fot the support offered by teh Rockstar SMS team - I have found them to be responsive and helpful
