Currently I switched over to Email lit. I realized when 9 changed the MX records that i didn't know how to receive emails? Do i need to create 2 MX Records? that way i can receive emails with Outlook and send them out? Or do you have a place where i can receive and send out emails?

Sure, we track many different scenarios of bounces. We are also improving our MTA and with the release of MTA v2 later this year you will be able to see more detailed error descriptions and SMTP codes.
In the documentation, I dont see anything about querying the contacts for a specific audience. is there a way for this? Because we want to get the contacts for a specific audience. Querying audience doesnt give me details about the emails subscribed to it.

We have already experienced issues with emails being delayed or held up, and now we are facing this additional problem.
The system has been completely down for the past hour or so without any prior notice or updates. I see its back up again but this raises concerns about our ability to rely on this service for production purposes.
I understand the frustrations. The systems are up and running, and the issue lasted <1h. This has been caused by unluckily scheduling live maintenance at the same time as our internet provider, which caused minor service disruption.
We will make sure that this won't happen again. (First outage since we launched).

Our system always adds emailit. subdomain to the DNS records, so it does not interact with your root DNS for recieving emails
