However, after adding MX entry, I still have INVALID status. How can I contact you to solve the problem? 1. What does it mean when you use a language of for example, "1 domain"? Does that mean one domain such as domain.com and you can use as many addresses (e.g. user1@domain.com, user2@domain.com, etc.), or only one sending address?
2. How exactly do we see or receive responses? I'm going to be using this for a transactional purposes, but oftentimes I require responses. How do we see those things and map them to our actual inboxes for example?
1/ Once you sign up, add a sending domain like mydomain.com. Once you verify it by adding the corresponding DNS records, you can send from that domain using any addresses, like anything@mydomain.com
2/ We do not receive replies, as we only send emails. You can set the Reply-To header to any of your existing email addresses, so when recipients click Reply, it will reply to that...

But regarding the email addresses, I understand that you can use any name for the email, but my question is can I create multiple addresses for a single domain? Is there a limit?
You don't create addresses with us. We are not an Email inbox. You just verify your domain to send through our platform, and can send from any email address that ends with @ends.com with your sending domain.
I'm struggling to see what the purpose is for this tool. What's the value this tool offers instead of just using regular SMTP connections? Sorry again if I misunderstand

Hello, I am about to purchase the LT3. I couldn't find much regarding the Marketing emails. I am wondering if I could utilise Emailit for email campaigns for multiple clients? Like have more than one domain to send the email newsletters? If so, how does it handle the lists and audience? Can I switch the accounts and have dedicated lists, or it's all on one place/account? My idea is to replace the tools like Mailchimp, Mailerlite or Zoho Campaigns. I need simple tool like this without all the bells and whistles. I am just wondering it's capabilities for this purpose.

Emailit is basically a SMTP relay provider, so the core of our platform is our SMTP.
All features are closely tied to that. So it is not possible to use Emailit with other SMTPs.

As I don't see your sending domain, please send an email to support@emailit.com so we can take a look.
Usually, customers mistakenly create an MX record for the apex (root) domain instead of emailit.sendingdomain.com, as they should.

Gotcha.. interesting. So does the email address have to exist first and then you can utilize it with EmailIt?

He are an alternative for Amazon SES or Resend. You can use our SMTP/API to send emails from your verified sending domains.
You don't need Email inboxes to send from our platform.

Sure! You have two options.
1/ Have one workspace and manage multiple Audiences within it.
2/ Have a workspace for each client separately and buy multiple Tier 1-2 licenses for each workspace.
