Q: Ingest API Not Available

Why isnt the Ingest API (a core way to update client contacts) not available to App Sumo users, without which using advanced flows is almost impossible.

How else can we update customer data without importing csvs all the time? For example if a user field is updated, how can we use javascript to update the data in encharge and keep them in sync (without using third party tools like zapier) We should be able to call your API to update the user contacts.

I am also told that using your Javascript API by way of using enctracking.identitfy, is also not a recommended approach.. this leaves us with no ways to update contacts using JavaScript.

Furthermore Stripe subscription are not synced, despite those fields being preset in the user profile -- How else can we sync the users subscription status? i.e period, status, plan, price, MRR etc..

Q: Question

I know its probably an easy question but i just need to confirm this, does this appsumo deal include sending an confirmation email upon making a purchase? ( for example when someone bought a product from my shopify store, can i automate a flow that he will receive a confirmation email with his order info ? ( i got confused with the transactional email thing and i know you said its not included)

Here’s the deal: Transactional emails (like official order confirmations or receipts) are not included in this AppSumo deal because they are part of the Premium plan.

Q: Klaviyo alternative?

Hello, I often need to use Klaviyo because Shopify Emails can't send custom product recommendations per customer. Is it possible with Encharge? Can you get automatically Shopify product recommendations for each user based on his purchase and show these products in emails? And same for WooCommerce?
If not can we use some conditional logic to show the best sellers of the same category than the last products purchased by the user for example?
