To be upfront: Custom objects are part of our Premium plan, and not included in the AppSumo lifetime deal, which is based on the Growth plan. We don’t plan to include them in the LTD before the campaign ends.

if we trigger abanonded carts to update a google sheet record and then use pabbly/zappier/etc to create a record and put it into an abandoned cart segment into encharge flow, that seems like a workaround because you won't support it natively for growth, that works right? a few extra steps, but better than nothing for us that do heavy ecom that simply require abandoned cart flows

Q: Can I send an email when a Google Sheets row is UPDATED?
I see that Encharge has a Google Sheets integration where you can send an email when a row is created. But can I send an email when the order status in Google Sheets is updated?
I use Google Sheets for project management. So when an order status changes, I want to send an email to the customer. How can this be achieved natively, without using Zapier etc.?
You're absolutely right that our native Google Sheets integration lets you trigger an email when a new row is added — but currently, it does not support triggering actions when an existing row is updated, like changing an order status.

When I bought GHL a couple of months ago that said on their website, 10,000 email swere included in the plan which is why I bought it. So I sent out an email blast to my 9,750 subscribers and low and behold- I got charged for verification fees, email fees, and anyway they can think to add some fees they did. I then stopped emailing my list, because everytime I did I would get charged $100 or so. Your software seems amazing, but due to my PST from GHL, I just want to make sure that when I send out an email blast my WARM list that has subscribed to my list, I 'm not getting charged with extra fees, please advice or confirm.
