A: Hey! Great set of questions — here’s how to approach each of these:
1️⃣ WordPress (no Elementor) You can embed Encharge forms using the native HTML embed block in WordPress. Just copy the form code from Encharge and paste it into your post/page using a “Custom HTML” block. That works with any theme or builder.
2️⃣ Squarespace Same idea! Use a “Code” block in Squarespace and paste the Encharge...
Totally! You can use Encharge webhooks without Pabbly.
Just create a Flow → add the Webhook trigger → copy the webhook URL → paste it into your tool (like GoBrunch or HIRO) where it sends contact data.
Happy to help walk through it if needed!
Q: Facebook audiences button - I don't get it! please explain.
1)Can you explain how I could set it up for Facebook and why I would use this option? also confirm does it have anything to do with people in a fb group as I wanted to onboard people and get their details as they join. I will be starting a group and will know doubt have something they are interested in signing up for you see so I would rather if possible have their details when they first join and build a list and segment them.
2)if there is a social media platform that works good with this please advise
3) Can I link it this to DITCAL?
4) can I link it to a html5 video where people can click a link in the vid that prompts them to fill a contact form and join a list
A: Hey! Great questions — here’s the full rundown:
1️⃣ Facebook Audiences Our Facebook integration is for Ads, not Groups. It lets you sync Encharge segments to a Facebook Custom Audience to retarget via paid ads. What you're trying to do (auto-capturing group join info) isn’t possible via Facebook’s API. Best option? Use group join questions to collect emails, then manually export and import...
We don’t have a centralized list of what might’ve changed per user — since some features were adjusted globally during the 2025 relaunch — but no worries at all:
If you notice anything missing from your account that you believe was part of your original LTD (especially from the top tier), just email us at support@encharge.io. We’ll review it and restore whatever you're entitled to —...
Hello team Encharge, quick question regarding sub-accounts. If I purchase let’s say tier 2 for 10K subs and 3 sub-accounts. Does that mean I can have three different businesses in one account? And if so do they share the 10K subs evenly or however you get to the 10k first? Please explain, and thank you!
Yes — with Tier 2, you can absolutely run 3 separate businesses (or brands, clients, etc.) using sub-accounts. Each sub-account is totally isolated: its own contacts, flows, emails, team members, and more.
You get 10,000 total subscribers across those 3 sub-accounts — and it’s totally up to you how they’re distributed. Could be:
• 5,000 in one • 3,000 in another • 2,000 in the...
Thanks for getting back to me David. One follow-up. In the setup process at encharge when I purchase the plan I want. To set up the three businesses in my example will I be able to verify the domains in each sub-account to make sure that I have reliable deliver ability to those accounts. Thanks again!
Absolutely — you can verify a separate sending domain in each sub-account, so each business has its own authenticated email setup. That’s the best way to ensure solid deliverability across the board ✅
