As an agency brand consultant, I’ve only been using Ethos for a few weeks, but it’s already made a huge difference in how I manage my client projects. I'm just adding more! I’ve tried other tools before, but Ethos stands out; it’s seriously transformed how I handle things day-to-day.

First off, the interface is beautiful. It’s not like other platforms that feel cluttered or overwhelming. It’s clean, super easy to navigate, and just makes sense. My clients and I can find exactly what we need without wasting time.

One feature I didn’t expect to appreciate as much as I do is how easy it is to copy color hex codes directly from the branding site. It seems like a small thing, but it saves me from making mistakes or double-checking codes all the time. It’s the little things that add up to a smoother workflow.

The white labeling option is a total game changer for me. I can create custom, branded spaces for each of my clients, and being able to use their domain by creating a subdomain just takes it up a notch. It feels personal and professional, and my clients love it. I’ve purchased three codes, and I have to say, the support team has been amazing. Anytime I’ve needed help, they’ve been prompt and really helpful, which isn’t always the case with other platforms.

Another thing I’ve come to rely on is the flexibility to lock the site with a passcode. For some clients, I give them full access to explore their assets, and for others, I leave it open to encourage collaboration. Having that level of control means I can adapt based on each client’s needs.

Even though I’ve only been using Ethos for a short time, it’s already streamlined my workflow and had a positive impact on my client relationships. The feedback from clients has been great; they’re impressed by how polished everything looks, and it’s definitely helping me land new projects as well.

No tool is perfect, but from my personal experience, I can only anticipate that this is going to get better and better. Not only that, but this tool is also a business write-off for me, making it a smart long term investment for my business. It’s been a huge help in managing all my clients’ assets, saving me time and keeping everything organized in one place.

Ethos has become an essential part of how I operate now, and if you’re in branding or design, I’d highly recommend giving it a try; it’s been a real game changer for me. Thank you Brian, and the Ethos Team!

considering the price ethos is okay.
The AI is not advanced nor adapted so you get a small window and have to reenter a prompt that was shown before.
The frontend looks nice but entering the prompts and choosing the files and color are not as user friendly.

We’ve been using Ethos since March as an affordable alternative to Frontify, and it has exceeded our expectations. The tool is user-friendly and allows us to efficiently create and share branding guides. While we occasionally encounter minor issues, the support team is quick to respond and always provides effective solutions. We’re thrilled with the ongoing platform development and new templates. Overall, Ethos is an excellent addition to our toolkit for branding management. Highly recommended!

Overall since its second update, it has improved for the better!

My remaining taco will be for when there is a small full but BASIC EDITING section for logos as we need it (like Brindabay style) because this is what everyone always uses permanently in social network headers, avatars etc... as it's already in the roadmap for a long time

I am very happy with Ethos, and I mean VERY happy.
Even though I had a couple of tools in my stack within this niche (branding) bought in Appsumo, this one wins head and shoulders above the others for several reasons:

- Super easy to work with, UI is very intuitive
- Templates, at the moment 3 ready-made templates that truly give a great birds-eye view of all generated assets, presenting them with a variety of layouts, very nice!
- Colors, gradients, fonts.. all easy to generate, and what´s even better.. you can actually generate fonts by dropping an image of "what you like" into it, and the platform will generate the font that´s just right.
- While I am working, on the right side there´s a complete helpdesk window that explains everything.. no need to keep going back and forth beween the asset generator and knowledge base area.. it´s all there. Huge time saver.
- Seemless integration between your existing logo (which you can upload) and how that image is interpreted to help you generate colors, fonts, and all brand guidelines. Awesome stuff.

I could go on, but I´d recommend you to give it a try. At this price, you won´t find anything better in Appsumo or elsewhere. Top tier is the way.
