Hello, I just bought tier 5 and believe I activated the product correctly, but have gotten no confirmation emails (I have checked both spam and quarantine files) and am unable to get into my account. I tried the reset password option and it said send email again, but no email, and no spam or quarantine messages. I tried to find a support email on the website, but was unable.
A: Based on end user preference? Not at the moment. However, if you are creating demos - you can give Fable a prompt and it will create demos for you in any language as per the prompt.
The option where the end user viewing the demo can choose to view in a language of their choice is not in the pipeline.
Q: Unlimited videos as long as you do not go over 600 total minutes of video/audio guides om tier 3?

It is a product that helps you create interactive demos.
In an interactive demo, you can add guides in the form of text/ images/ audio/ video/ also include external YouTube links.
The limits are only for including guides in the form of audio / video.
Most demos do not even use these.

Does it refill every month with the AppSumo deal? Or it's only one-time for the moment we bought the deal?
