Q: Current offer - does it include Video? if not is there a lifetime video upgrade available?
I've seen notes in Qs saying that there has been in the past a $39 upgrade for video tesimonial. I don't know if this is available now (if it is an upgrade available through Feedback Link after I purchase), and if it is a one time upgrade or a monthly upgrade? Please let me know. Thank you

There is a problem with the customer support, the answers come after many hours or do not come at all. I think I’ll ask for a refund
