Thank you very much David. I really appreciate your last response. As many other users here I purchased TIER 3 and that is what was offered, (beside 4k Video, 1TB space...)
Al text to video: 6,000 times per year Al text to image: 6,000 times per year Text to speech: 3,600,000 characters per year ... and much more...
The information detailing the contents of each TIER is still accessible on this website and everyone can see it! With the introduction of the new credit system, we now receive 9,600 credits annually. It’s clear that this !! significantly !! limits our capabilities compared to what was initially promised. In my opinion, we simply don't get what we paid for! Isn't there a better solution to accommodate us LTD users?
Maybe an increase of annual credits for LTD users is a solution? I don't know. Do you? Let us know, please.
In your last message you promised that your team is actively discussing how you can better accommodate LTD users.
For the benefit of myself and others, can you please provide clarity on the current status of the credit system re-evaluation for LTD users to ensure fair value for the features we purchased?
Given that the new credit system has drastically reduced the usability of previously available features like TTS, could you also address how these changes align with AppSumo’s LTD guidelines? To my understanding AppSumo’s LTD guidelines emphasize delivering the full value of purchased features without significant post-purchase limitations. How do these credit changes align with those guidelines?
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
A: First, we’d love to re-clarify that the purpose of introducing the new credit system was to offer more flexibility, allowing users to access all AI tools - not just the AI features within the editor (https://www.flexclip.com/editor/app?module=ai). This update was largely driven by feedback from LTD users, who wanted a more seamless way to use AI tools across the platform.
Q: Custom Script Integration and Caption Control in AI Text to Video
Two things:
1. In AI Text to Video: I want to use the entire script I mention in a video, but it keeps creating its own script from mine. Is there a way to create a video using my own script?
2. Captions: How can I disable captions? I'm not seeing the option to generate videos without captions in AI Text to Video.
A: To use your own script in the AI Text to Video feature, simply copy and paste your script here: https://www.flexclip.com/editor/app?module=article-url-to-video. This should allow you to create a video using your exact script.
Currently, there isn’t an option to disable captions, but you can manually remove them from the video once generated. We’ll consider adding this feature in the future.
Q: Isn't new credit system very harsh for LTD users?
Hi David,
I purchased the Tier 3 FlexClip deal on AppSumo, expecting robust features like AI text to video, TTS for 3,600,000 characters, and more. However, with the new update, we only receive 9,600 credits in total, which is far less than advertised.
Could you explain why using TTS alone now costs over 11,200 credits compared to the previous offering, making it difficult to utilize other tools without exceeding limits? This situation is frustrating as it disrupts my workflow and limits my content creation capabilities.
As a loyal lifetime deal customer, how can we ensure better value and clearer communication moving forward? Can you reconsider the credit allocation for existing customers so we can access the features we paid for without constraints? 🙏
A: The recent change in credit allocation was introduced to ensure the long-term sustainability of our platform for all users. We understand that this adjustment may have unintentionally affected your ability to fully access the features you were promised, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Our team is actively discussing how we can better accommodate LTD users like...
Hav you came to any conculsion? Current credits are too less as compared to what we bought. I will have to refund if you dont come up with a reasonable solution.
I have the same question.. the Tier 3 purchase seems very limited compared to what was purchased a few months ago. Will you do anything for these plans to make them more usable?
Q: What is my plan?
I signed up for Tier 1. When logged in my account shows that I have 3584.61 credits. I see no where in the Tier 1 list of features any mention of 3600ish credits. Does the "lifetime" only last as long as the 3600 credits, or do these renew every year. Plus, I used political figures like Trump and Harris but the videos I get look nothing like either of them, and I get image that show an elephant's trunk. Is the AI in this software that far off?
As for the second issue, try using more detailed prompts to generate the video. Alternatively, you can use FlexClip's “Image to Video” feature and provide specific instructions for better results.
