I understand that an invitation, message, etc. counts as an action. I want to calculate approximately how many actions per month I will need for my clients' accounts, so that I can choose the right tier.
Hi Peter, I bought Tier 1 to test and to be honest GetSales is AMAZING! However, I need to be able to sent InMails and messages to Open Profiles. Do you know when InMails will be reach and Open Profiles. Nowadays, with all LI limitations, the only way to contact more people is using InMails and Open Profiles.
Thank you and I look forward to updrading to Tier 4.
A: Thank you so much for your positive feedback! ❤️ We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying GetSales.
We’re working hard to release InMails by the end of January and will include support for Open Profiles as well. We’d love to hear your thoughts in a public review once you’ve had more time to explore! 😊
Looking forward to seeing you upgrade to Tier 4! 🚀
How flexible is your sequence builder? Can I set up a sequence that will stop for a contact if he did not accept the connection request after e.g. 21 days? Can I automatically withdraw a connection request after e.g. 21 days?
Is it possible to set up flexible If/Then-Branching, so an action always depends on if a certain criteria is true/false? I guess you know LaGrowthMachine, which imo has the most flexible sequence logic compared to similar tools. Is GetSales at least as flexible as LaGrowthMachine, or even more flexible?
Is it possible to set up that a automation will stop as soon as a lead replies to one of the messages which was sent via automations?
A: Thanks again, all your questions are super advanced and interesting.
1. Sequence Flexibility: Our sequence builder is highly flexible. You can even set up subflows to perform actions like liking posts and visiting profiles while waiting for 21 days. Withdrawing a connection request is also possible by adding a "Withdraw" action as a next node in the "No Connection" branch.
INBOX: Once a client connects their LinkedIn account to GetSales, will we as an agency see their whole message inbox? Or will visible messages be limited only to messages that are part of a campaign that was created with GetSales, in order to protect our clients privacy?
CUSTOM VARIABLES: Is it possible to upload CSV files including custom variables for personalized direct messages? If so, can I map custom fields in GetSales with custom columns from CSV files during the upload process?
MESSAGE PREVIEW: Is it possible to preview a message that includes custom variables for different contacts, so I cann make sure everything is set up right?
A: INBOX: Once a client connects their LinkedIn account to GetSales, you will see all messages for saved leads across LinkedIn and email channels for all connected sender profiles. This ensures you have the complete picture needed for an efficient sales process.
CUSTOM VARIABLES: Yes, you can upload CSV files with custom variables. Additionally, you can use the "Update from CSV" feature, where...
As an agency, I need to be able to allow my clients to login to GetSales in order for them to connect their LinkedIn-Account, without having them to share their password with us.
Can I give my clients access to GetSales that is restricted to a workspace that contains only their campaigns? I don’t want my clients to access any other clients campaigns. How can this be done in GetSales? Creating a workspace for each client?
Finally, are these features available with the highest tier 4 deal?
1. Letting the customer in to see everything inside the team.
2. Ask customer to sign up on GoLogin. You'll just follow guide on GetSales to connected LinekedIn profile (Free left option), choosing the proxy and indicating clients' GoLogin email. Then the client will log in the LinkedIn account and you'll finish the process. After that...
1. Do I understand it correctly that I can create teams in GetSales and then define at team-level which campaigns, members, stats etc. can be seen at each team?
2. This sounds interesting! I haven't heard about GoLogin before. It would be very helpful if you guys could record a video showing the process you described.
1. In that case all invited members would see everything in the team. So if you buy 3 licences you have 3 teams to use at the same time, showing to the customers, inviting and them deleting from the team.
We actually have a foundation for roles, admins, users, etc. But building what you mapped out will take a lot of dev resources. We'll most likely do that, but once finish with the most urgent/valuable features which will bring you even more value now
2. And in that case you are not letting the customer into the system, but have a way to connect their profiles tho and just sharing analytics/ screens/ csv with them.
Q: What exactly do you mean by activities?
I understand that an invitation, message, etc. counts as an action. I want to calculate approximately how many actions per month I will need for my clients' accounts, so that I can choose the right tier.

Nov 21, 2024A: Thanks for the question!
- Connections;
- LinkedIn messages and emails;
- Visiting profiles;
- Likes;
- Comments;
- Endorsing skills.
Any operation made though the automation which require servers' resources.
All the rest, tags, changing pipelines, sending to a different automation etc. aren't counted.
