Q: Need to be sure I am comparing apples to apples..
We currently use Read.ai for Zoom, and Google Meet. It provides automated transcription, comprehensive meeting notes. Previously we used Otter.ai. At the time we switched to Read.ai it was because Otter.ai could only do transcription and did not provide summaries (I understand it does this now). Plus Otter's transcript editing tool was a BEAR to use! (being able to edit only one word at a time was a PITA)
We are small non-profit and we need to produce meeting minutes for our board and committee meetings. Read.ai's meeting summaries are "near perfect" meeting minutes requiring minimal edits for us and makes the secretaries job EZ-PEEZY!
So I say all of this to ask does Hellooo produce summaries in addition to transcripts? if so is there anywhere I can see a sample of what these summaries might look like?
I redeemed 3 codes today with I'm y Google account which I don't like using for purchases. Now I'm not able to access your site because the password I'm using it's wrong. After I used to register my purchases. I don't think I'm the first one with this problem.
Not a happy costumer I have never used my Google account appsumo purchase. I made more than 100 purchase. I'm legally blind and friction in a website not a welcome sight.
