Q: Difference from HeySummit Pricing

New to AppSumo. Is this a one time payment and I can use HeySummit for the rest of my life without having to pay the monthly pricing?

A: Hey, thanks for the question.

Yes, essentially, if you buy through this AppSumo deal, it's a one-time price and you get everything that's included in the price you see here. It depends on whether you buy one, two, three, four, or five codes, as they're called on AppSumo. Depending on the tier (or the codes) you buy, you will get additional capacity and, in some cases, additional features as...

A: Hey, thanks for the question.

HeySummit is hosted entirely on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which maintains rigorous security certifications including SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, and ISO 27001. While HeySummit itself does not yet hold a standalone SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, we leverage the best-in-class infrastructure and follow industry best practices for data security and privacy.

A: Hey, thanks for the question.

All of our tiers and all of our plans on our public pricing page include basic sponsor placement. This means that you can create as many sponsors as you want, adding a logo and URL, and then decide where that logo should be placed throughout your event. Sponsors can either be classified as main sponsors, which means they will appear on the landing page, in the...

Q: Is the limit number of “Attendees” for per event or in total?

For example, Tier 1:
- Does it mean I can only have 500 attendees per event? Or does it mean 1,500 attendees per event?
- Does “Active Event” mean all present and future events that I’m campaigning for?
For example, if I have: a weekly workshop, a monthly summit - does it mean I can only host workshop for this week, next week, and then the summit event? And then I have to wait until one workshop finishes in order to post another one?

A: Hi, thanks so much for the question.

Essentially, if we take tier 1 as an example, that allows 1,500 attendees. The key thing to note here is that it's 1,500 attendees across your 'active' events. This means that we only count attendees if the event is active. An event will no longer be classified as active if one of the three scenarios below is true:

1. You've archived the event.
2. You've...

A: Hey Toby, thanks for reaching out.

From the list you provided, the private events are included in the T5, but I'm afraid none of the other ones are included, as these are reserved for our top plan. We have had a few people asking if we can make the full success plan available, so we're looking to create an add-on offer once this deal has finished. This will be available to anyone purchasing...
