For GDPR Purposes, where exactly are your Data Centres located? I understand from your privacy policy you may retain information. What kind of information are you retaining? Is it the videos candidates upload? How long is this retained for and when is it deleted? What's the purpose of retaining this information?
Sorry about this - our plans changed based on requirements from our customers.

Q: Downgrade Option
Hi there. Can we downgrade within the 60 day return time period? Thanks!
Hello, it came to my attention that your privacy policy is generic and while that is fine for a lawyer, it does not look like a template which was edited in favor of the people using hirevire. Please see an example from privacy.com themselves, how they commit clearly to only 4 short and sweet usages of user data, there is still lots of "lingo" for the lawyers, but the clear notice of limitations to what you may do with the interviewee's input media is crucial for their comfort level. https://www.privacy.com/privacy-policy
The main policy term that stops applicants from giving media input is the following: "In order to use it for marketing purposes of Hirevire." Secondarily, the following has reportedly made them uncomfortable: "In order to analyse and improve our product and service for users."
A: Improving the formatting of our privacy policy is on our long term roadmap. Thank you for this example.
We will by the end of this month allow customers to add their privacy policies to the job posts instead of ours. This feature request can be followed here for updates. https://hirevire.canny.io/feature-requests/p/allow-for-custom-privacy-policy-to-be-added

Q: Spanish Language
Changing the admin dashboard to spanish would be possible?

Mar 26, 2025A: We currently have no plans of translating the admin dashboard to different languages.

@Sanat that's a little disappointing. I asked because I saw that in a previous comment from 2024 you mentioned that your team were working on it.
"We're working on converting the admin dashboard to Spanish right now"
Is there a possibility to finish that translation? I am willing to collaborate

Mar 22, 2025A: Yes, you should be able to request a refund from AppSumo within the 60-day return window.

Hi there - I mean, for example, can we buy 4 codes and downgrade to 2 within the return window? Thanks!
Yes, you can.
