Does your tool have recurring tasks or do you have to manually set up daily tasks every day?? if its not available would be nice to add to that its easier to create tasks that repeat. Also if we could save task templates that could be another option for creating daily tasks daily by selecting a common task from the saved templates for example : Meditation, lunch, break, sleep, read etc which could work as recurring or saved templates
Illumtori has recurring tasks built-in already. It currently supports daily, weekly, weekdays, monthly, and yearly recurring schedules. Custom recurrence scheduling is high on our development list.
Are there more integrations on the roadmap and if so what is the development pace? Illumtori is a nice app, but most of us have spent decades using other tools for tasks, project management, calendar, etc. Integrations are an easy way to migrate, otherwise, not sure it is worth the time to do so manually.
This may be more specific to me (although with the rise of fractional C-suite the past few years, I feel there are more and more people like me) I cannot possibly use this app if it does not support multiple simultaneous calendar account integration/sync. I need multiple Google and Outlook accounts supported without any silly workarounds or cumbersome aggregation. Is this even under consideration? 👈Just for clarity, not multiple calendars, but multiple ACCOUNTS, each with one or more calendars.
We are constantly working on improving the app and have already shipped a number of features requested by users since the app went live on AppSumo on Jan 2nd!
Integrations with other popular software, such as Zapier and Todoist, are definitely on our roadmap!
Congratulations on your excellent application. I’m very interested in it, and before purchasing, I have the following questions:
1. Can the app use a Kanban board with columns like *To Do*, *Doing*, and *Done*, where tasks can be moved as cards? With his view? 2. Is there a desktop version, and can it be used offline? 3. Does it support keyboard shortcuts for quick navigation? 4. Are there built-in commands to create lists, tables, or similar elements? 5. Have you considered integrating AI for task creation or answering queries? 6. Will AI-generated themes or backgrounds, like *lofi* or *focus* styles, be available for customization?
Thank you for your time and response. I look forward to hearing from you.
1. The Kanban board is organized by "OverDue", following by three calendar days, then the "Eventually" column. The "Eventually" column means a task does not have a specific due date and is merely there to serve as a reminder. 2. Illumtori currently does not have a desktop version. 3. Keyboard shortcuts are constantly being added and is...

Q: Notifications on Apple devices
I installed it on my iPhone, but I do not have any options to receive notifications on the device, for a task scheduled at a specific time, etc
Will you also introduce this feature or if it is already there, can you guide me how to use it?
Thanks,
Jennifer_Illumtori
Jan 6, 2025A: Hello,
Notifications are already available on Apple devices. Can you send your query to support@beabealab.com? We will walk you through the process there.

Q: Is there a consideration for an agency plan so I can sell to others or teams or clients create their own account?

On the marketing side of things, an affiliate program is in the works if that is what you are referring to.
