Would love to know how many websites do we actually have and i would love to know how much space do we actually have to store image files for the websites? Bandwidth, etc? I.E we have 10000 people visiting the website at the same time.
A: Hi Hoang, the number of domains (websites) depends on which tier you choose. Tier 1 - 1. Tier 2 - 3. Tier 3 - unlimited. Image files is unlimited. We have a lot of bandwidth, the system hasn't ever gone down because of someone doing a huge launch. I've never been asked that question! We can track up to a million visitors a month (depending on your plan) if that helps.

The listing does not mention additional charges for using the InfluencerSoft Video Player: Storage: $9 per 1,000 minutes/month and Streaming charges: $2 per 1,000 minutes. I am assuming this is for webinars as well as video content in course creation. This has me wondering what other extra charges there might be in creating a course on this platform.
A: The only additional charge is for the video HOSTING - we recommend using YT or Vimeo or something similar to host the videos and embedding them into the pages.

A: Hi there, we didn't have any big improvements over the last few years as our software is fairly robust. We did make a few tweaks that wouldn't mean anything to new users (recaptcha changed how they do things so you no longer need to set that up manually for example). And yes we offer a monthly tech call and our support team are excellent.

Plans & features show that Tracked funnel visitors is 1M. I assume this is not monthly or yearly update correct? Once it run out, it's gone forever?
