This product seems good, but it is a total rip off. I bought the software program with a lifetime license for about $1,000 USD. Then, they refused to provide any customer support, unless I upgraded and paid them $499/month. It is a total scam. I emailed them at least 20 times asking for help and each time their response time was about 1-2 weeks via email. Then the repeatedly told me that they provided no customer support to AppSumo purchases and I must use their published instructions for installation and operation. I complained that their instruction documents were inaccurate and under developed. Their instructional documents were outdated (the instructions told you to press buttons that were no longer in existence -- the instructions were from older, outdated versions of the program). The instructions were often incorrect, written in broken English, and flat out wrong. I complained so much that they finally told me that they would provide me with some installation support to install the program, but only if I paid them $500. Absolutely terrible experience. Total Rip off. My experience has been so bad that I don't know if I will ever use AppSumo again.

It is not limited to these platforms, with API it can work with any CRM or other external tool (we did not try custom API based solutions yet).

Insighto has all that is needed to revolutionize how our clients engage with their customers. It enables us to outperform competitors. There is a learning curve to connect phone number with Twilio or Plivo but once the setup is done it offers a stable communication solution.

LTD is nice to have but also with a subscription I would be confident to have found a partner that opens up healthy mutual benefits.

I'm reviewing this after requesting a full refund. From the reviews, it seems like a good SaaS. I usually get the highest tier to support developers, but after investigating to see if there was any support given for set up...the best course of action was punching the refund button on all my codes. Several attempts at reaching out to support were made, but getting no reply after a month, I couldn't justify investing in this. I did get an email from them a few days ago, which is why I remembered to give them a review. Their email read ""We noticed that the AppSumo codes you purchased for Insighto.ai have been returned by you and refunded by AppSumo. If you wish to continue using Insighto.ai, we request you kindly upgrade to the suitable plan as per your use." Either donate to them or investigate before you invest!

I love when the tools have solid bases, and you can tell insighto does. Good UX, flexible with integrations, amazing support and well documented.

The integration with twilio was super easy, the bot answers were perfect and without too much latency. Connecting things inside the platform is super easy too.

Of course they will have some bugs and problems, but at this stage is normal. The discord community is there to help you.

They are professionals and know what they are doing. I was lucky to be able to get the agency, but at least you should get a Tier 4. Please don't miss it. 5 tacos or more
