I'm really interested in Klipy, but our collaborators only speak spanish, in general they could translate the ui with google translate for now, but for the ai actions it should really be in spanish, otherwise they won't adopt this in the organization.
Also, we use our own hosted emails, is IMAP/SMTP supported?
We do not support custom IMAP/SMTP connection. You can use Gmail as a mail router to connect as an alternative - this is due to the technical limit of IMAP/SMTP. Most of our proactive AI features won't function under SMTP.
For Spanish - Let me check and add spanish outputs (transcripts, summaries, and followup suggestions).

Is it possible to bcc Klipy when sending out emails via Google Workspace so that the whole email thread is stored in Klipy?
We currently don't support BCC addresses for users. We instead are planning to add Mailroom agent to log outgoing emails automatically - we are still fine tuning the rules around this. Will be coming in Feb!
I am very interested in your tool but currently with pipedrive i can call from within the crm and then it creates a written transcript for me (via third party integration zadarma)

What level of integration you have today (and plan in the near future) with O365 and azure?
In the pricing table, you have a ratio between seats and sales email accounts. We assign each sales-person an email account. So how would that work?
How would a person use your platform from a mobile phone? Specifically for dictations/notes taking. Are you planning to have an iphone/android app?

I also checked the Spanish output is already supported - you can set it up in our
Settings > Mailroom / Notetaker and change the output language :)
