Q: Are you actively considering the option for us to remove your branding?
My biggest problem and the deal breaker for me is that you all are 'forcing' your branding on clients. I understand the 'marketing' perspective about branding, but then there is the 'ethical' perspective. You never want to 'force' branding on a client..it never goes down right, and especially on appsumo, deals that do so, always end up getting just a handful of reviews and sometimes even bad reviews. This is sad because i like the simplicity and inuitiveness of this tool. Please consider giving us the option to remove your branding. I don't want to knock stars off my review just yet so I'll hold on to the tool for a while and see if things change regarding this. Of course, I'll continue to test the tool/company. Thank you.

Kotae is designed to be highly customizable, so you can make it look and feel like an extension of your own brand. By default, you can use your own logo, choose your brand colors, set your chatbot’s name, and customize the welcome message and chat bubble text. So your customers experience your brand, not ours.
Many bots out there that claim to stick to the provided material/files/context actually don't...the bot ends up also answering almost any random question. Will this bot stick to the material i provide it with?

Great question. Kotae is built to answer strictly based on the materials and files you provide. It won’t stray off-topic or start answering random or unrelated questions. We’ve designed it so it’s not possible to trick it into responding with information outside your uploaded content.
I think no one is buying this because of the limits...would you consider raising the limits so that this can be used on more than a single website...ideally this should be usable for multiple sites.

Just to clarify, you can absolutely use a single Kotae license to embed your chatbot on as many websites as you like. The chatbot will pull from the same training materials, since everything is managed under one account and license.
Currently, the training via URL is limited to a single root domain...

However, we’re actively looking into offering more customization options like this in the near...
