I would like to use this for two websites to start (separate companies and URLs). 1) Does knowledge base refer to the number domains I can link? 2) Can I do this on tier one or two? 3) Do the codes stack?
A: 1. Yes it does, although it is a collection of guides to which you can add custom domains 2. This feature starts with Tier 2 3. I am not sure, I don't think they do. You have to upgrade, and the price of the last tier will be cut from the upgrade so you'll have to pay ($TIER2 - @TIER1)
I see in your roadmap and the announcement that you’re going to work on allowing users to upload videos (which would mean we could record video on iPads and phones as well as videoconference training calls and then turn them into SOPs). Do you have any idea what timeframe we’re looking at for that capability?
Also, if we use all our credits for a given month, how much do additional credits cost?
The video upload feature will be implemented, we just have a lot of things on our plate right now, I hope you understand. Rest-assured it will be pushed to production by the end of this quarter.

Regarding the tool itself, if I run out of the monthly credits, how much it would cost to buy them? There's no pricing for that on your website.
And if I would like to have extra knowledge bases, especially if the deal expired and can't buy new code, how can that be done?
