How do credits for refreshing current positions work? Is 1 keyword on mobile view and the same word on desktop view 2 credits? That is, for a project that has 500 words a one-time check of those words exhausts the monthly limit? Does this limit renew for the next month?
Hi there. Are we able to upgrade and downgrade during the 60 day period after purchasing? I'm not sure how many codes I would need. I have a 500+ page site and am hoping to grow it. How would I evaluate this? I am thinking either 2 or 3. I know that's likely not enough info, but I would appreciate any direction you can give. Thanks in advance.
You can purchase and activate additional codes at any time while our offer is live on AppSumo. As for refunds or downgrades, those are handled directly by AppSumo and follow their policy — no approval is needed from our side.
Our credits work like this:

We’ve scheduled this feature for late summer. If you submit a request through the support form in your account and mark it “for Joe”, I’ll personally receive it and follow up with a few questions — that will help us build exactly what you need.
We haven’t prioritized GSC integration so far because, in most cases, it doesn't add significant value beyond what we already provide. That said, we’ve received a growing number of requests for it, so it’s likely we’ll add it to our development roadmap for this year.

Here’s how Labrika’s credit system works:
Keyword ranking credits and page crawling credits are completely separate.
A keyword ranking credit is used each time you refresh a keyword position in a specific search engine + location.
So yes — if you check the same keyword on both desktop and mobile, that would use 2 credits.
