Is it possible to collect a debit card and credit card on the front end of a customer and not charge them right then and there. Can you charge them after the service has been completed?
We've noticed that it's said cancellation and rescheduling can happen. Is this done through a client dashboard our customers can log into to make these adjustments?
A: Hi! Yes, when a booking is made, Lapsula sends an email to the customer with a link to make changes to it. You can control the behaviour in Settings

The booking form appear on website look simple and so easy for customer to make an appointment, but get turn-off by some customer for the mandatory email because they usually prefer to be contacted through mobile phone for reminder or update from shop owner.
Am wondering, is it possible to have an option to switch-off email or make the email input optional, so that booking can go through without filling the email
