Q: Problems contacting or raising a support ticket
Hi Guys, I purchased Tier 3. I setup the CNAME and TXT record. I am using Cloudflare. The domain has been verified on LayerPath dashboard. However, my embed and the links using the custom domain is not working yet. I wanted to raise a ticket but couldn't find anywhere to place a support ticket. A lot of companies now try and hide ways of contacting them and 100% rely and self help. I hope this is not how you plan to do things. Please let me know how customers go about contacting your team members for support. I would normally contact after trying all other routes including Knowledgebase. Thanks.

Q: Can you screen record outside of Google Chrome?
Hi, I am interested in purchasing. I wanted to know if its possible to screen record outside of Google Chrome? I tried your free plan. Unless I am doing things wrong, I couldn't screen record other applications on my computer. As far as I could see at present, there isn't a way to record a demo on Microsoft Office or some other app standalone app. Please correct me if I am wrong, if yes, how I could do that? Thanks. Sye
Thanks for your interest in Layerpath! Currently, our screen recording works within Google Chrome or other Chromium-based browsers. We don’t support recording standalone apps like Microsoft Office yet. However, we’re actively exploring options to expand beyond browser-based recording. I’ll keep you posted as we make progress!
1. Currently, it's not possible to embed forms from third-party providers within Layerpath. However, you can take advantage of our in-app forms, which can be included in your tours to collect leads effectively.
2. Yes, Layerpath fully supports branching functionality. Users can navigate to a different slide within the same project or be directed to an external link as needed.
A: Hi there, you can install the browser extension on as many browsers and PCs as you like—there are no restrictions. The extension is tied to your account, so it works based on the account level. Sub-users added to your account can also access the extension as long as the main (admin) account has a valid license.
Is it possible to record your voice while recording screen? I feel like this is a very important feature. I have check my settings on my computer and the mic is working. Is there a setting on Layerpath that I am missing? I do see that you can add voiceover later, but I would like to record my voice as I am recording the screeen.
