Q: The crisp chatbot can be remove or disable from the links that show the course?
When a course is launched and accessible via phone or web, the crisp chatbot appears. This chatbot is intended for platform inquiries, not user-course interaction. Is there a way to turn it off specifically for creators when they share the link with students?
I was about to buy until I realized that the platform for students cannot be changed to another language. I am about to give training to more than 150 people and Learniverse seems like the perfect tool.
However, I can't use it with the students if they can't use it in Spanish.
I don't mind that my part is in English, but I do need everything to be in Spanish for the student.
A: Hi! Course export format we already have export to PDF and are working to integrate export as iframe (Embed in another website).
For more specific exports such as SCORM, that will come in the future, for now we are focusing on Learniverse's core AI features and making sure we can truly create the best AI-powered courses out there.

I am interested in using Learniverse AI to create my courses. But I want to be able to bring them into my own wordpress website, using plugins on my website. Would this be possible to do? If yes, which plan would you suggest?
A: Hi Emily -- yes that will be possible very soon. We already have the export to PDF feature and the export as iframe (meaning embed in another site) will be available for all tiers -- If you would like higher limits (If you plan to have a lot of traffic on your courses) and access to some of the more advanced & exciting features coming then I would recommend Tier 4.

Hello!!

We are handling the incredible surge of users of the past few weeks to tackle the immediate issues and then will roll out multilanguage support.
You can expect to have Spanish support on the learners side within the next few weeks.
