I know the plans here on Appsumo are set to 15 minutes. It seems like inevitably you will extend that to 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or even multiple hours down the road. My question is that while the limit is 15 min now, which has been explained as a technical limitation and not just a revenue / pricing situation... If/when you extend the time limits on regular monthly plans, will we also get those longer limits under our prepaid lifetime accounts here? What plan is this Appsumo deal mapped for future features?
A: Hi, we are currently working on extending the time limit for a single recording. I can't promise if it will be an hour or less, but in general, yes, it's on the roadmap! :)
All the Lifetime accounts will have access to the extended time limit in the future. For now, we don't think that anything will change on your side, the plans policy stays the same.
I don't understand what is meant by: "15 minutes per recording (but record as many times as you want)". So each video I upload should not have more than 15 minutes?
A: Hi! So in Letterly, you create recordings. Right now, each recording has a 15-minute limit. But you can make as many as you want—100 a day if you like. There's no limit on the number.
You also mentioned video. At the moment, Letterly doesn't support uploading videos. You can record your voice and get amazing text from it :)
