When I first got it, I wasn’t totally sure what it did, but the more I used it, the more I realized how brilliant it is. Now, I use it every single day with my small team, and I honestly can’t imagine working without it.

Basically, it pulls all your work tools into one place—tasks, notes, calendar, file sharing, external sites, google workspace, even a chat system.

No more jumping between a million tabs or apps just to get things done. Everything is right there in one clean, organized space. It saves so much time and just makes working feel easier.

It’s super customizable. You can set up different workspaces for different projects, assign permissions to team members or clients, and basically build it to fit how you work. I

t’s been a godsend for my VAs, too. Now they can access everything they need in one place without asking me a bunch of questions.

And paired with AITable (which I also got from here), my whole business is running smoother than ever. Between the two, we’ve streamlined everything, and I feel way more in control of my work.

If you’re juggling too many tools and wasting time switching between them, get liftOS. Trust me, it’s a lifesaver.

Some of the more advanced features can feel overwhelming at first, and there’s a bit of a learning curve for newcomers who want to take full advantage of everything it offers. Additionally, while the desktop version runs smoothly, the mobile app feels less polished and could use some improvements to match the quality of the main platform. Despite these areas for improvement, LiftOS remains a strong option for mid-sized businesses or enterprises looking for a reliable, all-in-one solution to streamline their processes. If you’re willing to invest the time and resources, it could be a game-changer for your team.

So far I'm happy with what I see in the app. This is a pretty novel piece of work. I was able to connect Merlin AI into the app. Wow! Look forward to future updates and add-ons.
I had an issue with activation. It was taken care of in a matter of a few hours by the LiftOS team. Great work guys!

Easily the easiest 5 star Taco i have given with many apps i download and think, this will be useful when i get x in place to utilise it but liftOs was so intuitive and simple i had this setup in minutes. I love how you can seamlessly connect any website or app. This will make so many things easier for my work.

The only negative is that Multiple workspaces are locked at the highest Tier. I have 2 Businesses so this would of been handy but it's by no means a deal breaker and takes nothing away from the satisfaction i have using this product A Seamless Integration Experience
