A: This is too complex of a question for a comment. This highly depends on which of the sites you want to scrape and how much scraping you plan to do. LocalScraper works with proxies and VPNs so there should be no issues getting blocked. The readme page for the program mentions which scrapers may need proxies, and recommends companies that we have used in the past.

You are paying $8.25 a month for unlimited scraping across 7 websites, with 2 computer activations included. That's $4.12 per computer running the program per month. If you can't afford that then you won't be able to afford the proxies/VPN needed to run the program.
Q: Multiple locations but browser starts everytime with captcha
Hi I bought one license and tried manually one location and it works. Now I want to do it with over 1000 locations automatically but the captcha in chrome comes everytime and its not a fluent work around. I want to use it as background processing. Any settings or not possible? Thanks
A: We are always fighting with the sites and anti-scraper protections. I have had emails like this saying suddenly google has captchas where it never had them before. I am looking into if there is anything we can do about this but it will take time.
