Q: Anything to know, setup-wise, when coming over from Instantly?
Product looks great - super excited to give this a shot. I'm currently on Instantly.ai -- curious if there are any precautions I should take when setting up Mailead (ex. will having both DNS records set up simultaneously cause issues) or if there are any steps I can skip (ex. can I jump right into full warm-up sequence, rather than building up, with accounts I've already warmed up on Instantly for months)?

A: Hey Mohammad - as long as you lock it in ;) lock in that tier 5! And for the second question; we will try our best to be the best tool we possibly can be. Instantly is a good tool. We just didn’t want to be their high prices. So we wanted to make something more affordable! But we’ll improve every day!

A: Hey there - thanks for your interest! We would only be open to signing any kind of contracts for long term recurring deals. As it’s not worth engaging in any kind of contractual obligations on either side for small amounts of money. I have a domain I'd like to send email from. Can I send email from a domain or do I have to plug in a separate email account to use this?
A: Hey penguin - yes! As long as you can set it up via smtp/imap you can send from a custom domain. Or if that custom domain is attached to a gmail or outlook account yes. ;) one thing: if it’s smtp settings there are a lot of third parties to track for us so if you run into any issues with it be sure to let us know. It’s hard to track them ALL
This is really complicated for me because I'm running mail through other systems like Selzy. I'm not using individual inboxes per se that can send that much mail. It's concerning if I'll be sending mail via those particular systems. So is your system purely limited to cold outreach? Because I think it has value beyond that.
