A: Hi!

Yes, you can purchase two codes using the same AppSumo account. However, these codes are not cumulative, meaning you cannot combine them to increase the number of agents. Each AppSumo code allows access for two agents, but buying two codes will not give you access to four agents.

Q: Problem with import contact

I'm trying to import my contacts through the excel template but it doesn't work because it doesn't update the email fields and tags. I've tried to contact support several times but without success. They always tell me that they will contact the technical team but then there is never a follow-up. Can someone finally help me or do I have to resign myself to having purchased a product that doesn't work (or that I don't know how to make work)?
