I have no option but to vent my spleen here.

After not showing up for a scheduled call, I had to use this Appsumo medium to get the attention of the team. And after being directed to send an email, it took 3 days to get a response. Now, I am still waiting for a response to my second, third, and fourth mails after 7 days.

Sadly, Appsumo declined posting my question and have been an accomplice in this rip off

The problem I am having is that the weighted % does not work for Team/Company OKRs (they just do not add up no matter what you do) and all efforts to reach the team have fallen on deaf ears.

I also wanted guidance with linking personal OKRs to team OKRs since the system only provides an option for linking personal OKRs to company objectives.

The sad thing is, I led my team to settle on this tool and all these difficulties came up in the middle of our strategic planning session. Sadly, we are not able to proceed and have been left in the middle of the sea. 2025 has started and we haven't been able to set our OKRs

This experience has been more terrible than I expected.

For anyone looking to use their OKR feature to the core, my advise is that please stay away!

I've tried literally every CRM that popped up on Appsumo last year. Flowy has checked most of my boxes. A great find to start the new year.

1. Client portals - I've been looking for a way to manage my clients with a client portal. Something simple and customizable. While I could use a bit more customization, flowyteam's approach works just fine. I can communicate through tickets, schedule an appt, and share documents through the projects. Best part is, Flowly allows me to onboard my clients by linking my own youtube video at the very beginning. Once I get my client dashboard set up the way I want it, I will be able to do a video walkthrough, upload it to youtube, and embed the video so my client can view it upon sign up! Crazy thing is, Flowy didn't even mention this on their Appsumo page because they have so many other features.

2. Intuitive UX - I was able to figure my way around very quickly. I'm finding ways to implement all of the essential tools to communicate what I need to my clients.

3. Straight forward offer - One tier. Sometimes I get paralyzed with too many tiers. I just clicked buy. After trying out this software, I will buy another copy for my other business. I just saw that i can link accounts, and switch easily between my businesses. Sweet.

My first interaction with Flowy was that it wouldn't do what I need it to, and not intuitive enough. But after customizing it to my needs, and some minimal changes to the UI, it fit right well for my company, particularly the CRM part. It might take a bit to understand at first, but I really think it's a gem for the price. Definitely full of potential.
