We have had numerous employees complain about Caching issues resulting in loss of recorded time. Also the desktop timer keeps crashing. We have to switch over to your web timer. Which is unfortunate as it doesn't take screenshots.
A: To be honest I'm not sure what caching issues leading to loss of time you mean. Please send all of the details to our support. Anyway, the new much better version of the timer is in the final stage. We are doing some fine-tuning and will release it soon.
What we noticed is that the tracker keeps stopping to track during a meeting because the person who is in a meeting does not show much activity as a listener. Is there some option to understand that someone is in a meeting and accordingly prevent it from stopping the tracking only during the meetings? And after the meeting it should stop tracking whenever there is no activity after X Amount of minutes. We do use MS Teams.

When the app is reloaded, time is also different. For example the employee has recorded 4 hours, however the activity time is only 2 hours. Also sometimes the time also is decreased when saving.
I like this software, however these issues cant be happening. Please guide me on what to do. As its pretty much useless if it can't record time properly due to syncing and UI issues.

Here's why: Even when following AppSumo's redemption instructions (entering code in the dedicated form, completing the registration, etc.), several users ended up with accounts treated as limited trials instead of LTD.
2/3: This indicates that there was an issue at some point in the process, either in recognizing the codes or linking them to the created accounts. This isn't due to any user error but rather a malfunction that could be addressed to prevent similar problems for others in the future.

I already have a existing account my user email & name....can i still use my redeem code that i purchase from appsumo. I accidentally create the user account and i wanted to use the log in email & name.
