It's not calculated automatically because the difference between the start and end time is not always the same as the time worked because there can be pauses.

Originar Review: I had high hopes for Trackabi, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. One of the core features I needed was accurate and automatic calculation of hours worked. Shockingly, Trackabi doesn’t do this—it leaves you to manually calculate everything yourself.

This completely defeats the purpose of using a time-tracking tool. Isn’t automation the whole point? I don’t have the time to sit with a calculator to figure out my team’s hours, and frankly, there are other apps out there that offer this functionality seamlessly.

As it stands, Trackabi feels incomplete and, dare I say, useless for anyone who needs real-time, hassle-free time management. I regret my purchase and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they fix this glaring issue.

Trackabi is an absolute disaster of a platform. Nothing works as it should—the system is buggy, unreliable, and outright frustrating. The reporting is a joke, consistently producing inaccurate and useless data that could actually harm your business if you relied on it. But the worst part? Their so-called 'customer support' is completely non-existent. I've submitted countless tickets, practically begging for help, and they haven't bothered to reply to a single one. It's as if they don't care at all about their customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this train wreck of a platform at all costs. Appsumo should take down this software ASAP

I’ve been searching for a project management system to help me stay organized and focused. I haven’t yet found an all-in-one platform that covers all my needs. That said, Trackabi excels as a standalone timekeeping product, and it has filled my need for precise, reliable, and intuitive time tracking wonderfully. As a solopreneur, I’m thrilled with how well it meets my needs, but I can also see how it would be just as incredible for larger teams.

The interface is intuitive, the features are robust, and it’s clear the developers put a lot of thought into creating a tool that balances functionality and ease of use. Trackabi is officially a keeper, and in my top 5 of AppSumo purchases.

We recently gained the need to start tracking employee's time on certain projects so, naturally, checked AppSumo for something suitable. I'm so glad I went with Trackabi - in the short time we've been utilising it, I've totally changed our 'best practice' process for recording time and assigning hours to certain projects.

Although we're just using it internally, it has such a lot of value for client-based project teams too, and the leave management section is a real added bonus that I didn't think I'd need, but it's already helping us out.

I'm a big fan of visualised data - and the dashboard is brilliant. Overall I'm hugely satisfied with Trackabi and would definitely recommend to other businesses. Thanks!
