I know this might be a dumb question, but where are the messages stored and is there a limit? I can see using this for messages you want to use over and over again but also for 1 time usage, but I would assume quickly the space will get used up. Thanks!

Hi there. Can you tell me what the difference is b/t 3 and 4, and also if we can upgrade/downgrade w/in the 60 day period, and also do the recordings take up space in email? I'm already struggling w/ email space and so that is important to me. Thanks!
A: Hey, voice messages don't take up spaces if sent as clickable images (which is the default). We have the option to embed voice messages as mp3 files in the email, which does of course take up space (so probably not a good option for you, just stay with the default settings).
The difference between 3/4 codes is that you can invite 2 more team members who get all the features as well :)
Q: About SECURITY & adio file tranfers - What kind of security do you have? Any passwords ...
... for end receiver etc? Can this pass basic Corporation security needs on our Cname server workspaces without issues (we use cloudflare's security protocols & servers) - EU or US ... is it actually HIPA compliant-ish yet?
A: Hey, voice messages have a unique secret key each, so only the person who created the voice message has access to it and can share it further. So if you setup custom domains or use cloudflare, that won't change anything in terms of security.
But there is no password protection available or so. So if you share the voice message with someone, they will be able to listen to it. You can of course...
