Q: Inquiry about automation with the notes field in the widget's CRM

Hello,

I’m evaluating your widget and have a question about automating the CRM. The workflow I envision is:

A client starts a WhatsApp conversation via the widget.
The sales team adds "scheduled" or "not scheduled" in the "Notes" field based on whether the client confirmed an appointment.
A webhook sends the "Notes" information (scheduled or not), along with gclid, name, phone, and other data, to Google Sheets.
Is this type of integration possible? If so, what steps are required? Alternatively, if you have a better way to automatically track appointments and lead info in Google Sheets, I’d love to know.

Q: How to redeem etc?

Q2: If I understand it correctly it's a WhatsApp widget, allowing people to contact us through WhatsApp on our website. So if a customer send a message through the widget, will the exact same message appear on my WhatsApp Business App installed on my phone?

Q3: I see examples of adding it to "plug-and-play' like CMS systems. But what about the custom made websites? I can only assume the answer is yes, but want confirmation.

Q4: Your website states a discl. "We are not affiliated .... authorized, endorsed or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp LLC." Doesn't this mean that WhatsApp has the ability to shut this service down the moment they introduce their own widget?

Q: Rating page

Hi cesar
Sorry but i want to know. Is the rating page with the 3 smiley faces editable to1 to 5 stars ? So that also means that the sort function in the CRM must be edited to 1 to 5 stars.
Is that possible ?

Q: Bookingform hairdresser

Hi
I want to create a 1 booking form for a hairdressershop with two seats (each managed by separate hairdressers), where clients can choose their preferred hairdresser, and the calendar can be blocked hairdresser 1's availability when inactive or on holiday, can I find relevant tutorials on Youtube on this case? Because i searched on your channel but nothin i think in that case, maybe i am wrong, but a lot of video's (excellent) Or where can i get support with such technical questions?

Q: Google reviews

Hi Cesar
The Google review feature is undoubtedly an excellent tool for enhancing a business's online reputation and engaging with customers. However, there are some pertinent questions about it
1) After a lead submits their credentials, I noticed that i have the option between 1 to 10 days for the review link to be sent. Is it not possible to expedite this process and send the link immediately or at least within a timeframe of 1 to 24 hours? The longer the delay, the less likely customers might leave a review. Sending the link promptly allows business owners to guide customers through the process of leaving feedback.
2) Would it also be possible to replace the smiley faces with star ratings ranging from 1 to 5 ? 1,2 or 3 stars internal, 4 or 5 stars redirecting to Google reviews
If this things could be changed would be amazing!
