Q: Multiple glitches in this software, I have sent in multiple questions with no answers. Is this product still alive?
Im hoping this product is still viable as when it worked a year ago it was great but has not been for the past few months. I've sent in question via the contact form on the website, and using the support email but no reply. So wanted to find out if this no longer gets customer support from the developer?
