A: Yes revealing an individual's identity costs one credit, identifying a company costs .5 credit. You can setup as many sub accounts as you want using workspaces. All the tools you mentioned only identify visitors at a company level, we identify the exact individual that has visited your website.

A: We do company level identification in EU and do not provide direct person level identification. That said if someone provides their email in the chatbot, they are explicitly opting in to get their data enriched by us that's when we look up their info and reveal all their details like full name, linkedin profile url, etc in your visitor feed.
The whitelabel takes about 2-4 days to setup since...
