Q: Direction needed please - wordpress and woocommerce
I have a site with food and non food recipes (tutorials for making DIY beauty and home products, for example), and also a woocommerce site and some people buy product from me off of woo commerce. Can you help me know how I could use this? I don't have zapier and haven't used anything like that yet so I could use hand holding to know if this could work for me. I do have Active Pieces that I bought here a while ago, however. Thanks, in advance, for any help you can give me.
A: The system mainly helps you get more business reviews, like Google reviews, or reviews you can embed on your own website (as opposed to individual product reviews). But if that is OK, it can still work for you. You just need to import your customers and the system can request reviews from them. You can do that via a CSV upload, if that is easiest. Or you can BCC your project using the unique...
@scottvayner - thanks for the quick reply. What are the options about where to put the reviews, however? Can it direct people to leave the review on a blog post or on a WooCommerce product? Or is it only google reviews or reviews that I can copy and paste on a site?
Yes it can. It can reveal 1 or more links to any review site or page, or it can redirect to 1 or more links if the rating is good. In the review page settings, just add links or redirects to your page.
Q: Pre-sale Question About Negative Review Handling & White Label Use
Hi there,
I really like your product More Good Reviews and I’m planning to purchase it with the white label option to use it with my own clients.
Before moving forward, I just had a quick question:
If someone submits a negative review (e.g., low star rating) through the feedback request flow — does More Good Reviews detect that and prevent it from being published directly to Google?
In other words, does your system give me (or my clients) the chance to handle the unhappy customer privately via the dashboard, before the review gets pushed to the Google Business Profile?
This kind of feature is really important to ensure we can respond and resolve issues before they go public.
A: Yes it does. In a couple ways. The rating and review is recorded privately in the platform if negative. And if positive it can present links to 3rd party sites or redirect to one or more sites by splitting traffic to multiple review sites. One caveat, the platform cannot send a review to another platform. The customer has to copy/paste or post a review directly there. Very few sites have...
A: 3 codes or more unlocks an agency white label, where you can white label the whole product for your clients. You can read about it here: https://docs.moregoodreviews.com/agencies/white-label
Q: Can I use More Good Review for Various Clients?
As a publicist, I would like to use something like More Good Reviews for both my own business and my various clients' businesses. Can I do so through an Appsumo purchase? For example, say I want to place this on 20 client websites as well as mine. Would I be able to email request under clients' domains? Is that possible under a single purchase here? If so, is there a certain tier I should buy? Thank you.
A: Hi. You should get tier 3 (at least 3 codes), to unlock the agency white label and invite clients to it. There is no limit on the number of projects.
Q: Webhook/API and pabbly/zapier/boostspace
Hello are these integrations only available in Tier 3?
I mean I dont want to be an agency but I need these integrations to be available in lower tiers.
Thank you
