When I activate the review suggestions with AI, the suggestions are only displayed in English. However, our customers speak German. Is it possible to adjust this section so that the AI output is also displayed in German?

Hello, I understand the purpose of the redirects in MGR as described (skip the form after a rating is selected and redirect elsewhere. You can also split the traffic to multiple websites by adding more than one redirect for each rating). If a customer rates 4 or 5 stars, I redirect them to Google Reviews, but where should I redirect them if they rate 1, 2, or 3 stars so that they can still provide their feedback? Is it possible to have a feedback textbox appear in MGR for their negative feedback?
A: I wouldn’t bother with redirect for negative reviews. Let the system capture the review. The showcase and widgets won’t show the negative reviews by default.

I notice with plan 3 (for example) that whitelabel agency capability is included, but 15,000 review requests a month is the limit for that plan. Does this mean my clients could only get 15,000 reviews total, or just that only 15,000 review requests can be sent via email? I'd like to provide clients a url they could post on-site for their customers to leave a review, for example. Would all my customers be limited to a total of 15,000 reviews each month, or is the limit only to the numbers of requests that can be sent each month?
A: The limit is account level across all your customers and pertains to an email or sms request to leave a review. You can stack more codes for an additional 5,000 per code.

Jan 15, 2025A: Yes. There is no way to prefill that. The review will then be pulled into the platform. The sync occurs daily.

Jan 14, 2025A: Yes it does this. I treat feedback as a "native" review still, but by default, negative ratings will not show up on your widgets or showcase.
