Is the 10GB of persistent workspace storage allocated per workspace created, or is it the total amount available for all workspaces?

A: Hello,
Our initial target market is developers but it does not preclude from anyone else using our platform which could be thought of as a factory to quickly spin up virtual computers with predefined configurations using a repository of workspace templates.
Currently, we have templates mostly for developers and are in the process of building out templates for other roles.

1) Yes. At somewhat high/strategic level we are targeting to enrich our workspace/app/workflow repositories so that our users can quickly automate their routine activities. This roadmap, though, gets refined based on feedback we receive. And we do that every 1 or 2 months. As an example, on our short-term roadmap we have enablement of workspaces such as C# Developer and Web-browser as well...

Q: Login fail

Hello, I just purchased Tier 3 and completed the sign-up.
When I click on "launch officekube" on AppSumo, I receive a message saying "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later or contact us." and I'm unable to log in.
Is there a solution for this?

A: Hello, sorry to hear about the problem you are experiencing.
I checked the status of our integration with AppSumo and it is showing healthy at least in the last 7 days. Same goes for our login and registration pages that you would be redirected to once you click either Login or Sign up button on our landing page.
