Q: Are you really forcing customers to use WhatsApp?

The product seems interesting, but collecting phone numbers by forcing customers is a red line crossed for me. Is that really the case, as some people are saying here?

Q: Whatsapp Telefonnummer nicht vorhanden

Hallo zusammen,

seit heute kann ich mit dem Tool nicht mehr arbeiten, weil ohne eine WhatsApp Telefonnummer in dem Tool nichts mehr machbar ist. Ich nutze kein WhatsApp und kann somit auch keine Nummer eingeben. So kann ich mit dem Tool leider nicht mehr arbeiten und mir bleibt nur der Storno. Was ist hier die Lösung? Besten Dank und viele Grüße

Q: New unskippable Pop-Up for WhatsApp Support, how to bypass?

Loving the tool the last 4 months, but today when I logged in to view comment history, I'm shown an unskippable pop-up to give a WhatsApp phone number for support. (I don't need any support, except for needing support right now to bypass providing you a number to view comment history. lol) Can you assist?
