It's taking a load off of engagement

PowerIn has been a game-changer for managing my LinkedIn interactions. Its AI-driven automation crafts thoughtful comments on relevant posts, keeping me engaged with my network even during hectic times. This tool has not only saved me time but also enhanced my professional presence, leading to increased connections and opportunities.

Stopped connecting, now they've shut down support and moved to Whatsapp

I stuck with this until now, even though the responses were not always the best, it's the limitations of AI and it wasn't bad.

But then X kept booting me off and I would reconnect. Now it won't let me do that and they have moved their support over to Whatsapp. I don't have Whatsapp, so now I'm stuck with zero support.

I'll see if I can get a refund from AppSumo for this.

There is Whatsapp, and also our support by email, easily visible when you click on the chatbot widget :) See you there.

It does what it's supposed to do - could be better.

I've been using PowerIn for a couple weeks now. I've set up 3 creators and a keyword search. I'm finding that the performance is inconsistent. Here's what I mean by that. My creators have posted - but I've only had 2 comments. PowerIn has disconnected from LinkedIn several times and I think that's why it isn't grabbing comments.
I've created keyword searches - and it generates responses - BUT - it seems to only pull from "promotional" linkedIn messages instead of what I'd call organic or informational messages. I'm still playing with the search feature (which I think is terrific) I'm just not grabbing the posts I want because it's really hard to differentiate from organic posts that are promotional in nature.
Finally, I wish that there was a better way to provide a more authentic voice because the responses or comments are rather generic. Like I can tell when I look at certain posts -- even replies to MY posts that are AI generated. I would love a feature where you can connect your own ChatGPT API for those responses.

Frustrating Experience with PowerIn – Promises Don’t Match Reality

I regret to say that my experience with PowerIn has been deeply disappointing. While the platform markets itself as a seamless, "one-click" solution for LinkedIn and Twitter integration, the reality fell far short. Despite carefully following instructional videos and troubleshooting steps, I repeatedly encountered errors when trying to connect my LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.

What’s worse, the support team was unable to resolve the issue, leaving me stuck in a loop of unhelpful responses. After days of back-and-forth, they finally admitted the problem required developer intervention—something that should’ve been unnecessary for a tool claiming effortless functionality.

At this point, I’ve requested a refund. A platform built around simplicity and automation should not require users to jump through hoops just to get basic features working. The lack of reliable support and technical stability makes PowerIn unacceptable for professionals who depend on efficiency.

Save yourself the hassle: until PowerIn addresses these glaring flaws, I’d advise looking elsewhere.
