Frustrating Experience with Unreliable Software

I have invested a significant amount of money into this software, but it has consistently failed to perform as expected. For the past 10 days, my LinkedIn account has been disconnected daily, which is far from normal. Despite reaching out to customer support every day, I am repeatedly asked the same questions, with little to no progress made. The single solution they provided has done nothing to resolve the issue. At this point, I deeply regret upgrading this software. It feels unfit for purpose.

Really bad tool

If you leave it alone, it will write in other languages, with strange expressions and write in delicate content posts.

Totally dissapointed

Hi Alvaro,

For example, to ensure comments are made only on English posts, you’ll need to add English keywords and select the target post language feature and set it in English. This prevents the AI from commenting on posts where users (e.g., French or German speakers) mix English keywords (you may have targeted) with their native language.

Additionally, our AI does not generate comments on...

Supports and responses are poor

They do not have any proper demo video to show the step-by-step process. I purchased 4 codes, and after setting up the keywords and targeted creator and the rest of the details, I am waiting for 2-3 days. Yet nothing happened. The customer care chatbot does not even make any proper response.

There was nothing worth paying 156 USD.

I asked in the Q&A about the process, and they sent me a YouTube channel link. You can find my queries in QnA session of the app question section. I watched all the videos, and nowhere did the process flow properly. All they have is some feature videos.

None is bothered to respond or tell us what's next. Not at all useful neither recommend it

ai needs work

the comments need to have System prompts as well as context prompts for the current thing being commented on which takes into account the setting. How do you add value through automated comments? That question is worth thinking through for a long time. First, you definitely need the o1-preview api, anything less and you're cheaping out on your brand reputation, sadly it seems this tool is likely not letting us use our own API yet and they are cheaping out of course its an LTD it might not even be 4o yet hard to tell. Needs to give us more control over the comments instead of just making it all manually done through reviews, let us meta prompt and use the best api key model pls.
