Every time I have to add the logo and title manually, is there any setting so it does that automatically every time? Like a preset or something, so it knows my settings for all the videos?

1. For logo we do not have preset yet. But it seems very obvious feature, we will add this soon as it makes more sense to branding.
2. Uploading cover manually is already there. When you click on cover you can switched to "My Images" tab in image selection and you can select and or upload your own image there to use.

I purchased the Tier 1 plan from Rendercut in April 2025, which states that I can upload or add subtitles to 25 videos per month. During the first month (April), I only uploaded and subtitled 4 videos, which was reflected on the Rendercut Dashboard (4/25). Today, May 6th (no longer April), I uploaded 1 new video to subtitle. HOWEVER, the Dashboard now shows I’ve uploaded 5 videos (5/25).
MY QUESTION: Is Tier 1 25 videos per month, or is it only 25 videos in total, requiring me to pay again afterward? If I only get 25 videos for a lifetime, this plan obviously doesn’t work for me. Thank you in advance for your prompt response.
It is 25 videos per month. Please note that monthly reset will not happen on every first of month. It will be reset after 30 days of your plan enrolment day and so on. As an example, if you have enrolled on 15th April it will be reset on 14th May.

You just need to redeem new code and you will be upgraded to relevant tier automatically.
