The support KNOWS about this issue, but is NOT ready to offer a solution, a refund or at least another WORKSPACE for FREE to solve the problem

I have tried to contact support@salesblink.io since 09 Jan 2025 and checked my inbox, spam, notifications and all other folders daily but there are 0(zero) replies for the last 7 working days. Hence I have no choice but to ask this question: What is the official way for users to obtain technical support(where replies are actually provided)?
I too had purchased Tier 3 and tried to activate it but since 20Dec2024, i have not received any reply back from the support yet. Looks like they may go out of business very soon. Am going to Refund my purchase though! All the best to you!!

I've purchased multiple codes, redeemed them, and now they are not working, even though I purchased them and redeemed codes while active.

I have purchased Tier 3 on 20Dec2024 and tried to activate by registering on your website https://run.salesblink.io/signin but everytime i click on the Sign up i keep coming back to the same Sign in page.
