I just noticed that Seelab is more for generating AI content from scratch and then editing them instead of being able to edit/create already existing product photos.
For example, already existing product photos of e-commerce products can’t really be properly edited on Seelab. I’ve tried doing so and saw how it’s very limited only to removing background (which shows a lot of errors especially in shadows and edges), enhancing images, and removing/editing sections of the photo by using prompts which is normally cartoonish and inaccurate once finished.
The generations of each background edit prompt also instantly creates 3 different photos and we can’t adjust how many nor can you see anywhere how many credits you’ve already used.
Can Seelab or someone else explain how this platform can actually be properly utilized for e-commerce?

That said, we do offer tools that can help with e-commerce use cases too — like Replace Background, Clean Image, and Reframe — which are useful for adapting or improving existing product shots, even if it’s not full-on product...
u can definitely edit images, i was able to remove things from pictures, i was also able to replace things in my ai images i generated on seelabs. seelabs also has a dope feature where u can put text behind the person. you can train custom models, so yea it can do what u are looking for but the limitation is they only give 3 custom models for products on tier 3 and tier 4 they give 5 custom model
Q: Why
Can we use our monthly credits for video? Are we receiving future updates, or are we buying a version? Will we see more models and styles added, especially for animation and illustrations? Will we be able to overlay text in the future with specific fonts to match our brand? Is this really the latest Flux HD model? I tried to generate images using the same prompt with a different tool that also uses Flux. I noticed that the images generated much better with the other tool than with this one. That made me wonder if this is latest Flux hd.
A: 1. Currently, video generation is not included in monthly image credits. Video is a separate feature with its own cost structure due to high processing costs.
2. You’re absolutely getting ongoing updates! This is not a one-time “frozen” version — AppSumo users will benefit from platform improvements and new features over time (some premium features may be tier-specific).

I was confused at first since the YouTube video by Jay from Appsumo mentions utilizing Seelab for e-commerce.
And that was the reason I initially purchased license tier 3, but upon realizing how the platform works, I had to issue a full refund.
I definitely think Seelab has potential and is great for other use cases, just not the best for e-commerce.
